Lime-soil mixing plant

As the newest product developed by our company, YPJ model mobile lime-soil crushing mixer is one of our new series of stabilized soil mixing plant. It integrates weighing at adjustable speed, crushing and mixing together, and may be hauled as a single trailing unit to move on the common highway at a speed of 15 km/h. As a kind of crushing equipment capable of being transferred to other site over a short distance, it is innovative equipment for the mechanized construction of stabilizing soil subbase. This crushing mixer is equipped with soil silo, lime silo and coal ash silo that may be weighed at adjustable speed. Users may determine the ratio of lime to soil and perform mixing and crushing based on the local soil texture and the quality of lime and coal ash. In addition, this equipment may be used singly to break clay, slaked lime and coal cinder.
